I was a completely new dancer when I showed up to Fred Astaire, and within a few months I am comfortable enough to dance on the dance floor with a partner. The instructors are all extremely kind, as well as all of the other students. It’s a very welcoming environment, and they work at your pace to ensure you truly understand all of the moves. The studio is also gorgeous and a calming place to relax and dance after a chaotic day.

Our dance lessons were truly the highlight of both of our days! Every week, we looked forward to coming in, learning something new, and sharing lots of laughs along the way.
Daniel is an incredible instructor! He is patient, encouraging, and able to make even the most nervous beginners feel comfortable. He broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand and helped us build confidence with every lesson. A special thank you to Vivian as well for all of her help and support throughout our lessons.Response from the ownerArray

(Traduit par Google) Que dois-je porter? (Original) What should I wear?
Answer from the owner(Traduit par Google) Des vêtements dans lesquels vous vous sentez à l'aise.
(Original)
Clothes that you feel comfortable in. No tennis shoes, because of the grip on the sole we don’t want you to twist an ankle/knee.
We recommend a shoe that can glide on the floor but is not too slippery. You can test your shoe by putting it on and sliding across a smooth floor such as wood or linoleum.
(Original) Do I need a partner to begin?
Answer from the owner(Traduit par Google) Vous n'avez pas besoin d'un partenaire pour commencer.
(Original)
You do not need a partner to begin. Our instructors will assist you during group classes and act as your dance partner during private lessons.
(Original) I have never had lesson before or i have never danced before, can i still do it? Am I too old to start learning?
Answer from the owner(Traduit par Google) L’expérience en danse et l’âge ne nous préoccupent pas.

Dance experience and age are not a concern for us. Our specialty is to taking students that have no experience at all and educate them to become confident and comfortable social dancers. It is something we specialize in for over 75 years now. Some of our students are 80+.
(Original) How often should i take Lessons?
Answer from the owner(Traduit par Google) Nous vous recommandons fortement de planifier vos cours à proximité, environ deux fois par semaine, surtout au début.
(Original)
We highly recommend that you schedule your Lessons close together, about twice a week, especially in the beginning.
The less time between Lessons means the less you will forget, the less you will need to review, and the more quickly you will reach a confident level in your dancing.
We also recommend private Lessons in conjunction with group classes and practice sessions, as it’s the most effective and efficient way for you to learn and stay motivated.
(Original) What is a Private Lesson?
Answer from the owner(Traduit par Google) Les cours particuliers consistent en un étudiant ou un couple travaillant avec un ou deux professeurs de danse.

Private Lessons consist of one Student or a couple working with one or two Dance Instructors. Private instruction is tailored to your personal needs. Learning at your own pace is the optimum method of comprehension and that’s what private instruction makes possible.
One common misconception about private lessonsis that they take place in seclusion. On the contrary, multiple private Lessons are often going on at the same time in our ballroom!
We (and our Students) have found that learning in this environment gives everyone an advantage in real social dance settings.
Private Lessons are by appointment only, and may be scheduled during our Dance Studio’s business hours by calling or texting us directly.
(Original) What is a Group Class?
Answer from the owner(Traduit par Google) Nos cours de groupe sont composés de plusieurs étudiants apprenant auprès d'un seul professeur de danse.

(Original) What is a Social Party/Practice Session?
Answer from the owner(Traduit par Google) Nos séances de pratique/fêtes ont lieu dans notre studio et vous préparent à danser socialement dans le monde réel.
