DONT GO IN A SUNNY DAY!
The boat ride is smooth and calm, the person that give you the city history is clearly and expert.

Iconic Chicago experience.
The evening boat tour at sunset time was an experience to remember. After spending a few days in the city, it was nice seeing it from a different perspective and learning about the landscape.
You can choose to sit upstairs (outdoors), or downstairs (indoors) which was heated. We took the tour in mid November, and by the end of it, we were quite cold and had to go downstairs.
Highly recommended. Just wear warm clothes.Response from the ownerArray

Excellent tour! Best guides ever.
I absolutely love this fun fact-filled tour and have been on it a few times. Great views of the city no matter where you sit.
In the middle of the tour, they stop at a great spot so you can take a picture of the Chicago skyline.
Breathtaking architecture and history. Makes me proud to be from around here.
Definitely a go-to if you're in Chicago. You will NOT regret it. Seeing the city by boat versus walking has a completely different feel.
Every time I'm downtown and see a building, my mind just recalls the amazing story or fact from the tour. You really appreciate the architectural planning that went into the buildings after experiencing this tour.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Can you buy tickets directly through the company ahead of time on the phone or online? The link on the website sends you to ticketmaster, but there is a ridiculous fee.
Eliot HertensteinTickets can be bought in person, with no processing fees!
Answer from the ownerTickets can be purchased in person at our dockside ticket office, to avoid online processing fees!
Dina MtzTickets can be purchased in person. They have several departure times available and plenty of restaurants and shops to pass time
K MorphiineYou can buy them onsite too.
Lynn GordonWe purchased them onsite on the day of our tour. The tickets were Ticketmaster tickets, so I am guessing that is the case regardless of how they are purchased.

Is the lower deck air conditioned?
Answer from the ownerYes! All of our vessels feature an indoor, climate-controlled salon.
Jean Bosco MunyengabeThe one I've been on is open to the outside, but has a bar and bathrooms that are conditioned. Not sure about the other type.
AJ ShethIt's best to call them and ask since when I was on it, it was cold outside/upper deck so we sat inside where the heat was.
Tiffany HillYou mean the inside portion? I believe so. It’s also where the bathrooms are.
do you serve food in the boat
Mike MasonThere was no food, apart from a few snacks at the bar when we went.
Tiffany HillSnacks and some drinks alcoholic and non.
Sonia AlarconOnly snacks. Food is catered from outside only for private events
Wanda MonterrubioI wasn’t looking for food. Its 90 min so have a light snack beforehand. Eat afterwards. It is a boat
I already purchased the tickets. What if it rains on that day?
Answer from the ownerWe cruise rain or shine! Our vessels include an indoor, climate-controlled salon. We also sell ponchos on board. In the event that a cruise is cancelled due to weather, you will be contacted.
AJ ShethMost of their boats have inside seats but call them.
Tiffany HillI believe there is inside seating if needed - but they might reschedule it. I don’t know if they do refunds. I would definitely check in advance.
