Answer from the ownerWhile we’re not a certified green cleaning company, CleanFlorida uses primarily pH-neutral, non-toxic cleaning products that are safer for your family, pets, and our team.

We prioritize solutions that disinfect effectively without harsh chemicals, striking a balance between a truly clean home and a safer environment for everyone inside it.

Answer from the ownerOur clients are busy families, young professionals, and retirees who value their time. They're your neighbor who seems to always have time to play on the weekends. It's that working mom who seems to have it all together. They're not doing it all. They're delegating. And you should too.

Families: Parents juggling school, sports, and life love reclaiming weekends for fun—not cleaning.

Young professionals: With packed schedules and social lives, they’d rather spend time living than scrubbing.

Retirees: After decades of doing it all, they deserve freedom—not chores.

Hiring a cleaner isn’t lazy—it’s smart. It’s about choosing time, peace, and sanity.

Answer from the ownerMost of our clients find that biweekly cleaning is the perfect fit—it keeps you caught up without feeling like you’re always cleaning.

✅ Weekly service is great for families with kids and pets, busy professionals, or anyone who’s home a lot and wants things always guest-ready.
✅ Monthly service works well for low-traffic homes, frequent travelers, or anyone who needs a refresh but not a reset.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. The right schedule is the one that keeps your weekends free from chores—and makes your home feel good to live in.

Answer from the ownerJust like a hot potato, we're no longer playing the key-holding game for your home or property.
So, we kindly ask you to consider other options such as keyless entry, a lockbox, or a garage code. If you want to go old school, a key under the mat works too (just remember to leave it out for us). The thought of your key gallivanting around Naples gives us the jitters!

In the rare event you don’t have a lock box or code, perhaps you could have us meet a friendly neighbor or a home watch company to wave their magic wand (or key) and let us in. If you need more details, a friendly chat, or if you need help setting up a secret handshake with our team, feel free to give our office a ring.

Answer from the ownerHave you ever seen a clown car at the circus & the clowns just keep pouring out of the car?
That’s what some cleaning companies do. They pack people in a car all day and send them to 6-8 houses each day to clean. It’s hectic, It’s manic, nobody’s in charge, and nobody takes pride of ownership of their area. This is just not our jamb here at CleanFlorida.

In the spirit of providing top-notch, personalized service, we usually assign a single cleaner for all regular maintenance cleanings. Experience has shown us that one dedicated person gets to know your home better and can provide a more tailored and high-quality cleaning.
Our solo stars are all graduates of our Perfect Maintenance Cleaning Training and System. You'll love the individual attention they give to your home!

However, for our larger projects that require over 4 hours of cleaning, we deploy a dynamic duo. The same goes for first-time cleanings, deluxe deep cleanings, and move in/out cleanings.

Answer from the ownerProfessional cleaning companies in Naples typically charge between $50–$75 per hour, depending on the level of service, size of your home, and how often you book.

For example:

Recurring maintenance cleans often range from $175–$250+ per visit for homes under 2,000 sq ft

Deluxe deep cleans or first-time visits can range from $250–$400+, depending on your home’s condition and layout

At CleanFlorida, we provide personalized quotes based on your space, schedule, and needs. We’re not the cheapest—and that’s intentional. You’re hiring a fully insured, professionally trained team with a Never Cancel Guarantee and backup systems in place to ensure consistency and care.

Answer from the ownerNope! Most of our clients aren’t home during their cleanings—and they love walking into that “AHHHH moment” when everything sparkles. It’s kind of like letting the magic happen behind the scenes.

That said, it’s totally fine if you work from home or want to be there. We just ask that you give your cleaner space to work—she’s trained to clean in a certain flow, and distractions can throw off the process.

Show her some love, then give her some room—and we promise you’ll love the results.

Answer from the ownerOur Deluxe Deep Cleaning is priced based on your home’s unique needs—think custom-tailored, not one-size-fits-all.

Here’s what we consider when giving you a quote:

Square footage of your home

Layout and condition

Number of people and pets

Level of clutter or decorative detail

How “lived-in” the space is

Our team will ask a few quick questions to give you an accurate estimate. Call us today—we’ll help bring your home back to sparkling!
