If you like working with a family-run business and want fair, competitive pricing I highly encourage reaching out to Drain Terrier. Savannah in the office is extremely responsive, either always available or returning calls same day. They were able to beat prices from a number of other companies, I think because they don’t hire out additional subs. Tracy is a great guy, extremely fair and trustworthy. He was even at our job site throughout the project, ensuring I was comfortable with the oversight and keeping things on time. Finally the team performing the work was high quality as well. Couldn’t recommend more.

Q: How do I know if I have a leaking pipe in my home in Littleton, CO?
You'll usually see water presenting near a leak in an adjacent wall or ceiling, for example, to indicate a water leak. If you suspect a pipe is leaking, we can test for it. One method is turning off the water to your home and checking the meter. If the meter is still running, then you've definitely got a leak. There are also leak detection devices we can install in your home that will alert you when a pipe is leaking.
