I'm working on a Fischer Panda genset and got stuck with technical issues. On a call to their U.S. operation, Jamie identified the part number, confirmed it was in stock, clarified the specific unit I am servicing and directed me to source for a wiring diagram. Maybe best phone call I've had in a month. Thanks Jamie and thanks Fischer Panda for providing excellent support!

Q&A
(Original) I use to do business with these people. They use to have an extremely helpful lady there, I believe her name was “marina”. Is she still there? If so I would recommend more clients to this company.

Merci beaucoup Mike (Original) I have a PMS 6000 ND boat generator. It is a kabota engine. The starter relay went out. What is the cost of a replacement. Or... can it use a normal starter relay that I can pick up at the auto shop? Many Thanks Mike

Jack (Original) I have the 4KW unit. The voltage starts at 120V but increases up to 135 to 138V. Local tech "Blue Water" is too busy as is "Yacht Power". How should I troubleshoot this??? Jack

(Original)
The 4kw uses a spring loaded governor so it will start higher the 120v and drop down as you add load.
Call our office and ask for service. They will want to know your no load voltage and frequency.
