Are your plumbers available 24/7 for emergency pipe repairs?
Answer from the ownerOur plumbers are available 24/7 to handle emergency pipe repairs. We understand that plumbing problems can happen at any time, and that's why we're always ready to help, whether it's day or night. Just give us a call, and we'll get someone over to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
Based on all of these questions left unanswered for the last 5 months I get the feeling they don't care about their customers. I have to wonder how much they charged the person who they told to just keep an eye 👁 on it.
Answer from the ownerI understand your concern about unanswered questions, and it's important to feel heard when dealing with service providers. While the details of specific charges aren't listed on the website, the focus is on fair and transparent pricing, which means any charges would be fully explained and justified during the service. If a situation arose where advice was given like "just keep an eye on it," it’s likely they were trying to avoid unnecessary work and costs if immediate repairs weren’t needed. If you're still worried, reaching out directly for a conversation about any ongoing issues or past concerns could provide more clarity on how they handle customer care and pricing.
