I have used Robert’s Garage for over five years and every interaction has been pleasant and professional. Aaron has been my technician most of the time and he has been excellent. Their costs are reasonable and I have never been upsold. It’s harder and harder to find trustworthy companies and these guys are the real deal. I highly recommend.

Why won't my garage door close, and how can I align the safety sensors?
Answer from the ownerIf your garage door won't close, it could be due to a variety of issues, including a malfunctioning opener, damaged tracks, or misaligned safety sensors. Misaligned sensors are a common cause of garage door problems, and can often be fixed by realigning them. To align your garage door safety sensors, first, make sure the sensors are clean and free of debris. Then, check that the sensors are level with each other and pointing directly at each other. If the sensors are still not aligned, try adjusting the position of the sensors by gently adjusting them by hand to line up the lenses with one another. Once the sensors are aligned, test the door to ensure it closes properly.
If your garage door still won't close after aligning the sensors, it's best to contact Roberts Garage Door Professionals to diagnose and resolve the issue. Our trained technicians can identify and resolve more complex issues that may be preventing your garage door from closing properly.
How do I program my garage door opener remote?
Answer from the ownerThe process for programming a garage door opener remote can vary depending on the brand and model of your opener. It's best to consult your garage door opener owner's manual or contact us at (773) 358-1110 for immediate assistance.
Can I replace just one panel of my garage door, or do I need to replace the entire door?

However, this depends on the age and condition of the door, as well as the availability of replacement panels. The experts at Roberts Garage Door Professionals can advise you on the best course of action.
How do I know if my garage door needs to be repaired or replaced?
