I am new to the area and unfamiliar with the local hard water challenges so I did what someone who knows little or nothing a service and doesn't know where to start...went to Yelp. Never my 1st choice but Soft Water Specialists stood out because the number of 5 star reviews. I am happy to say that from beginning to end (1st meeting, estimate, to installation) it took less than a week and the company truly met my expectations for and is deserving of 5 stars. Roger provided personalized service and recommendations based on our specific needs, no hard sell. He provided the estimate same day and understood we needed to get the system installed as quickly as possible. Justin and Forest installed the system and Roger was onsite to troubleshoot and answer any questions. The trio were incredibly professional and friendly. I wholeheartedly give my recommendation to Soft Water Specialists and would not hesitate to utilize their services again in the future. Thank you!
