I’ve been going to Tampa Therapy for about a month now, and I’m really happy with the experience so far. The office has a great atmosphere—it’s clean, organized, and feels really welcoming.
I’ve been seeing Emily as my therapist, and so far she’s been amazing. From the very first session, she made me feel super comfortable. She’s supportive, grounded, easy to talk to, and just has a really calming presence. Emily has a great personality and is genuinely understanding and helpful.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who’s not only great at what they do, but also just a kind and genuine person.

I can’t recommend K enough! Working with her was an amazing experience. K has a rare ability to help you get right to the heart of what you’re dealing with in a fast and efficient way and is a genuinely cool and down-to-earth person, which made each session feel comfortable and real. If you’re looking for someone who can help you move forward effectively while making the process feel natural and even enjoyable, K is the one to see. Also the downtown location is super comfortable and has a amazing feel.

Can’t say enough positive about this practice.
The facility itself is kept immaculate, but really it is the people that make this place great. Support staff is highly communicative, if I need billing statements I get them, if I need to move appointment they call or message me immediately.
In modern healthcare, unfortunately these types of practices are few and far between. When you find them, you keep them in the playbook.
My therapist, K, is just beyond words an amazing human. I am so grateful to have come into her care when I did. She is incredibly intelligent, her experience is evident, and she is effective communicator. All of this is packaged together in Kay who is also just naturally a thoughtful, genuine, and caring person.
I look forward to my weeklies with K - has helped me gain a type of balance I really hadn’t had before 😉
