Really appreciated Josh and Matt coming out to my parent's house the other day. Being experienced with the job, I had been trying to help my parents with some of the realities of the situation. Matt was eloquent in approach and how much it would be. He also warned my mom of people who may take advantage of doing a job that would not fix the underlying problems. Honesty isn't common in this game. This was refreshing. He had experience to back up his findings and reasons with what needed to be done. I know it was hard for him to break the news to my mom, I was glad I was there to try to bring levity as I knew it was not going to be fixable within reason and value. These guys are professional and personable. Approaching sales with the customer in mind is 100% the way to go, and I say these guys are 100% Cool.

I have used Reliance Roof Pro’s both to re-roof my residence, and to do repair work on a rental house. In both cases I have been very happy with the work they performed. As one of the top real estate agents in all of Oregon (ranked #2 as of time of this writing), and one of the partners at the biggest real estate brokerage in Oregon (Premiere Property Group with 1300+ agents across 17 offices), I, of course, know, work with and recommend many many roofers. However, when it came time to do a full roof replacement at my own personal residence, as you can imagine, the question of who to use became very personal and important, in a way like never before. For that reason, I leaned heavily on my go-to home inspector of 13 years, Jon Nichols, of House Detectives. He quickly and without hesitation recommended Reliance Roof Pros. From the moment I called them, everything was immediately better. You see, unfortunately, I had waited too long and my roof had sprung a leak in the middle of winter. That same day Matt sent Jacob to my house to tarp multiple problem spots on my aging roof. They charged nothing for that service and immediately started working on a plan and quote. I did get two other comparison quotes and Reliance was priced very fairly compared to others with far less of the stellar reputation than they have. They were easy to work with, went above and beyond in every way, even painting various materials to match my black roof, including the stainless steal hooks at the top of the roof. I had Jon my home inspector over to preview their work at multiple times throughout the process and each time he was blown away with the level of care, detail and workmanship. That says everything as he sees more roofs (good, bad and ugly) in a month than most people see in a lifetime. I can't say enough about the entire team at Reliance Roof Pros! Matt, Carlos, Jorge, Jacob and so many more were a dream to work with and did everything better than I could have ever hoped or imagined. This is the only roofing company I will ever recommend moving forward.
